Where do our products ship from? All Moon & Veil products are sourced from our trusted US boutique partners and shipped directly to your door in Australia.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days
- Express Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Free Shipping (orders over $150 AUD): 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.
Customs & Duties Orders shipped to Australia may be subject to customs duties and import taxes for orders over AUD $1,000. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
